Eight former Flipkart execs ask Walmart board for stock option exit
On October 1, at least eight former senior executives of Flipkart, including former Myntra CEO Mukesh Bansal and former chief business officer Ankit Nagori, wrote to Walmart chairman Gregory Penner and other board members requesting a complete exit for their stock options granted 10‑15 years ago. The letter was also addressed to Flipkart Group CEO Kalyan Krishnamurthy.
